Analysis And Countermeasures On The Fluctuation Of Hog Price In Anhui Province

Anhui province is a big province of the live pig industry,not only one of the ten biggest producing province,but also the traditional area of transferred out of pig. The earning of the pig cultivation is an important part of the income of farmers in Anhui province, pork and its processed products also related to the"shopping basket"of the resident. In recent years, the abnormal fluctuations of the live pig price have brought tremendous negative impact to the farmers and consumers. So exploring the factors and the internal law of the live pig price fluctuations, discussing the effective mechanism to mitigate fluctuations are important to stable live pig production in our province, enhance the income of farmers, increase consumer welfare and the further development of animal husbandry.The author try to describe and analyze the situation of the live pig price fluctuations in Anhui province. The article based on previous references and theories of economics, combined with the actual situations of Anhui province, through qualitative and quantitative methods. The article first reviews the live pig prices fluctuations in China and Anhui province, finds out the main factors and reasoned mechanism, then adopts empirical analysis by the multiple regression model. Final, the article gives some policy recommendations.
