As more and more companies continue to focus on training, how to improve the effectiveness of training, how to transfer the knowledge learned in training into the practical work, has become the focus of current research in the training field. Training transformation is a process, which refers to the use of the training courses, to make the trainees learn the knowledge, and then transfer the knowledge into appropriate operational skills and behavior. As the improvement of using training knowledge for trainees, they can enhance their individual performance. In this way, it will also achieve the goal of improving enterprise performance. Corporate middle managers play the role of bridge, who connect high-level leader and common workers in the enterprise, are the backbone of the enterprise, but the qualities of them, whether good or bad, strong or weak will affected the survival and development of the enterprise directly. This dissertation studies the key factors which influencing the training transformation of corporate middle managers, it will not only enrich the existing research results, but also be helpful for enterprises control the factors which hinder the training transformation. Thus, to maximize transformation effect of middle managers, it will also provide a practical reference and theoretical guidance for future training.This research analyses the relevant factors normatively which have an affect on training, then combined with the interview of corporate middle managers, to find out the key factors which influenced the training transformation in practice for middle managers. Based on it, prepare the training transformation factors questionnaire of corporate middle managers to verify the relevant factors. After generating the initial questionnaires, the author modified the items expression through consulting expert. Delete the variables items which deviated from the original setting in the small-scale tests, in the end, gain the questionnaire of Corporate Middle Managers Training Transformation Factors which contains two parts. After distributing the survey questionnaires on the network, a total of 179 questionnaires were collected in this study, through discounting invalid one, there were 163 valid questionnaires left. Then test the reliability of the questionnaire in the form of calculating the Cronbach coefficient. Then verified the validity of the questionnaire. Tested the hypotheses made in the paper, through the analysis of data collected from the questionnaire. In the end, calculated the variance analysis of personal statistical variables on corporate middle managers training transformation factors. At the end of the dissertation, according to factors which was verified, the dissertation proposes the way which could enhancing the training transformation for middle-level manager, and it will be helpful for enterprise training in the future.
