Study Of Progress And Quality Control In The Design Project Of JM CDMA Network

In 2008, the domestic six communication operators reorganization merged, so that the original six basic telecom competitive pattern of China Mobile, China Telecommunication, China Unicom, China Railcom, China Satcom and China Netcom was broken. It formed a"Triple Kingdoms"new situation after the reorganization of China Mobile, China Telecommunication and China Unicom. Simultaneously, the country gave the three communication operators separately to 3G license.With the emergence of the"Triple Kingdoms"situation on communication industry and the 3G market opening, domestic three operators has launched all the business development strategy based on mobile service successively. As the core and foundation of the telecommunication industry chain, a strategy, which communication operator sproposed, has brought design enterprise enormous challenges and opportunities, and has been bound to lead to more intense domestic competition. As a result, the project managers of designing companies need to have a more reasonable arrangement of the project, control project costs, improve design quality, and fully meet customer demand.In the project management theory, the cost, the progress and the quality are three big goals of the project management. With the development of the project management application, it became the fourth big essential factor of the project management to meet customer demand as the core. Successful project management needs to ensure that the objectives of balanced development with a smaller investment, achieve greater gains.Based on the related management theory and method of the progress and quality of the project management, by JM CDMA network transmission design project for example matching, the paper introduced the method in communication design project that was to slove schedule control and the quality control through the application of project management theory; in detail researched into project breakdown structure (WBS), project network diagram, the critical path method in the application of communication design project schedule control; and commonly used arrangment diagram of the statistical tools to project quality control. Finally, this paper represented the relationship between the project schedule and quality, and dynamically tracked adjustment of project plan through the project execution process, coordinated project schedule management and quality management, and improved the efficiency of the project management.
