The Green Supply Chain Theory was first raised up from a ERM research in 1996 by Michigan State University Manufacturing Study Association, this also named as Environmentally Conscious Supply Chain, ECSC; or Environmentally Supply Chain, ESC; was a modern management style which would consider environment affection and resource efficiency; this based on green manufacturing theory and supply chain management technology, related supplier, manufacturer, sales agent and end user, the purpose is make lest environment affection, highest resource efficiency for the product from its material, treatment, packing, storage, shipment and usage etc whole process. In general, Green supply chain required to get the supplier product management related with environment to involve in supplier management, the purpose was to make the products more concern the environment and improve competition ability in market.From 1990s, the consumer began to care about the environmental problems and increased the requirement for the green products more and more. At the same time, most of the countries raised up the environment management regulations to decrease the bad environment affection from the industrial products. The holding of 2009's Copenhagen environment meeting showed the world was caring about the environmental problems. In past only 10 more years from the green supply chain management theory rising up, green supply chain management had not formed a completed system yet. The green supply chain management detail fulfillment from academe and enterprise was still on the exploring period. Combined with green supply chain requirement, built up GE green supply chain management system, this would not only increase economic and social benefits, but also improve company competition ability and show the company social responsibility.
