Program Management Research Of Property Management Bid

At present, property management is at the beginning stage in our country. It is necessary for property service enterprises to utilize project management skills for improving property service enterprises'business capacity. This thesis make use of project management skill and property management knowledge in view of our country's property management tender market characteristics, bidding work of property service enterprises characteristics and a case of property management bid project. The thesis, which analyses three phases of property management bidding project(phase of fore period management of bidding project, phase of bidding project procedure, phase of aft period management of bidding project), ultimately aims to describe and illustrate the bidding project of property management's characteristics, problems and resolutions. The main utilizing project management skills include SWOT, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (methods in risk management), the decision tree method(method in decision making management), WBS design(method in scope management), Precedence Diagramming Method, Gantt charts(methods in schedule management) and analogous estimating(method in budget & cost management). Simultaneously, the project management skills which are utilized in the program management of property management bid also benefit other bidding projects of service enterprises.
