On the whole, training is a system that is composed of the preparation before training, the training implement and the training effectiveness evaluation. With the development of the economy, people have realized the important value of training for enterprises to develop and manage personal resources. In the present enterprise' operation, the first two links are carried out effectively. But regarding the training effectiveness evaluation, the implementation of this link is difficult to see the result.This thesis summarizes the theory and fruit of the evaluation of training effect done by professionals within our country and abroad. I find that they don't have comprehensive and systematic introduction about the training effectiveness evaluation of managers. These theories usually involve one aspect of the evaluation study. So the research on manager's evaluation are scattered and not system.So based on training effectiveness evaluation of managers, this thesis takes managers in food enterprise as the research object. This thesis analysis the present situation of training effectiveness evaluation in food enterprises and proposes many kinds of reasons as to a series of evaluation problems with various ways.Through a deep study and an interviews with experts, this thesis collects many indexes and makes effects to build a management training effectiveness evaluation index system according to the manager' work features which contains three levels to reflect the influence of training on managers' growth in food enterprise.As to the training and evaluation methods, this thesis adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to solve quantitative questions about qualitative indicators. Meanwhile in order to reduce the subjective weighting method's influence this thesis chooses AHP. So this thesis adopts a model based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to develop the evaluation model to reflect the general effect of training by quantitative data and qualitative data.Finally in order to improve the practicability and the maneuverability of this model, this thesis chooses one training program held by S company. Combined with the index system, this thesis applies the established evaluation model to reflect the result of this training program. Meanwhile, according to this result the writer provides some proposals as to the further training in food enterprise.This research proves the adaptability and the operability of the established index system and the evaluation model based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation which are used to evaluate the training effect in food enterprise. Hope it can have some reference value for other people to conduct such research.
