The With the coming of knowledge economy, information and knowledge becomes the impetus of most enterprise, while the training usually becomes the important path that can bring forward information, knowledge and the related skills, which becomes the strategy need of the enterprise 's development. But who knows the training effect? How to adopt the effective method to test the result? It is necessary to establish a perfect training effect of evaluation mechanism and also introduce an effective evaluation method.This article sets the people insurance company as an example, to have an analysis to the training evaluation model in home and abroad, to have a study to the model that fit for the environment and the evaluation method, as well as the evaluation hierarchy, to have a discovery for the nowadays training effect model that match the whole system, on the basis of collecting the facts and analyzing the environment, adopting the method that combined the weak and strong, sample and theory, model and logical show, and get multi-dimension, multi-line, multi-method, training model that both suit for the company industries and also have the character of its own, fulfilling practical and proper aim, considering the complication of human resource, diversity of individual, more hierarchy of employee, that caused the differential training. It is necessary to classify the training according to the purpose in order to have the evaluation, to have the different evaluation method for different training.And would have the related training according to the different object and purpose. This paper used the KS theory to have a classification, through reaction, study, behavior, and result to have an evaluation.Depending on training contents, aim, and the training period to assure the type of the training class, and make the evaluation hierarchy and method.I hope to design the training effect evaluation model that have the character of multi-dimension, multi-level, multi-method, which can give the experience to the ZY people's insurance as well as others.
