| In recent years, with China's rapid economic development, regional logistics industry plays an increasingly important role in promoting regional economic growth and undertaking industrial transfer. Regional logistics industry has become a significant symbol of measuring the level of regional development and the overall strength. Therefore, it becomes the general consensus among inland regions of the country that we should make efforts to improve the capacity of regional logistics, as well as constructing a platform for undertaking international and coastal industrial transfer. Hubei province located in the central of China, and as China's economic geographic center, it also is an inland province which enjoys the best development potential and prospects. On background of "the rise of the central region strategy" implemented by China, and with the industrial migration in eastern part of China and worldwide, Hubei province has won the most valuable opportunity of development. Thus the study on evaluation of the logistics capabilities of Hubei on background of industrial transformation has important theoretical significance and practical significance.This thesis uses qualitative and quantitative analysis method based on factor analysis, and makes overall evaluation of the logistics capabilities of Hubei on background of industrial transformation. It includes six chapters. Chapter 1 is the introduction section; this section expounds the research background, the purpose and significance of the research, and the research situation both at home and abroad, and also makes a brief statement about the research contents, the technical route, the innovation and the key issues. Chapter 2 is the theoretical basis; this chapter studies the relevant theories and methods of industrial transfer and the logistics capability, and sets a theoretical basement of this study. Chapter 3 mainly analyzes the basic situation of the industrial transfer and the logistics development of Hubei, and analyzes the relevance between industrial transfer and logistics capability. In Chapter 4, the evaluation system of regional logistics capability based on factor analysis is built. First the basic concept of the factor analysis is discussed, and then factor analysis model is used to make evaluation about the regional logistics capability of Hubei province, and the evaluation results are verified, at the same time the main factors influencing the logistics capability of Hubei are found, finally the logistics capability factors of Hubei and of other central province are compared. In chapter 5, according to the evaluation results and the relevant relations between the regional logistics industry and industrial migration, the critical path to advance the logistics capability of Hubei under the background of the industrial migration is put forward. In chapters 6, there is a summary about the research conclusion and shortages and forward prospects about the prospects for future continued study.The main innovation points in this paper consists the following parts. Based on factor analysis, this thesis combines factor analysis and key elements of regional logistics capability, and puts forward evaluation index system and evaluation methods about logistics capability of Hubei on background of industrial migration, and finally finds out the main factors influenced the logistics capability of Hubei through empirical analysis. |
