The Development Capability Study Of Passenger Integration Of The Urban And Rural Road

With the "11th five-year" plan and implement the strategy of urbanization, the pace of the construction of small towns and urbanization are gradually accelerating.Moreover, the level of rural highways is increasing as well as closer ties between urban and rural areas.It brings about the expansion of the flow of scale and scope. Therefore, accelerating the development of urban roads and building the new structure of sharing the public passenger resources, in addition rational layout becomes urgent.The implementation of road passenger transportation between urban and rural lies in the degree of hrdware and software conditions masted. Road passenger transport system,which is influenced by phyletic and complex factors,is a multi-level and multi-objective synthesis system. In view of these,to study the development of urban and rural road passenger integration capability evaluation has theoretical and practical significance sense.The main contents of the study are as follows:This paper introduces the present research at home and abroad in the first place. Combined with the practice characteristics of China,it analyses the composition of urban road passenger transport system. Furthermore,the connotation, characteristics, influence factors and the basic requirements are discussed.Secondly, according to the basic idea of integration and the basic characteristics of urban road passenger,the paper states the development capability of urban and rural road passenger integration.Evaluation index system inclues nine aspects:the development of the network,the configuration of vehicles, the construction of depot, management measures, traffic performance, economic, social and so on.There are five input and sixteen output indexes are established.After the establishment of the evaluation indexes,this article introduces the quantization standard of qualitative and quantitative indexes. In comparison with multiple evaluation methods,it chooses the DEA method to evaluate the development capability of road passenger transportation.Then it puts forward improving direction and implementation according to the calculated results. The research findings are applied to five city to study the development of road passenger integration of urban and rural. Finally, the paper offers recommendations according to the consequence analysis.The integration development ability of urban and rural road passenger is a important link among the national economy, urban planning and traffic planning. Accelerating road passenger integration of urban and rural is an importan matter of the integration of urban and rural.Meanwhile,its development ability is the basic guarantee on the economic integration. This study has the guiding significance on the planning and development of the integration of urban and rural.
