Study On Model Of Integrated Development Of Urban And Rural Passenger Transport

The development of Socio-economic, the construction of rural road infrastructure and the improvement of the level of urbanization provide a good environment for China's integration of urban and rural passenger transport.However, as the level of economic development is lower compared with foreign countries, there is no enough economic strength to develop car-based urban and rural transportation. Therefore, it will inevitably lead to develop a public passenger-oriented model of integrated urban passenger in present stage. Configuring the integration of urban and rural passenger transport system, improving management, balancing effectiveness and making "City" and "Rural" passenger system coordinated developed will ultimately play a great importance in improving social economic development of urban and rural, breaking the urban and rural passenger transport "dual" situation and promoting the construction of integrationIn the selection of urban and rural passenger transport business model, this paper mainly analyzed the current passenger transport business model and the factors, then based on the fundamental factors,construct the hierarchy of urban and rural passenger transport business model combined with the specific circumstances of Ansai, finally optimize the urban and rural passenger transport business model by traveler and operators so that it will make the choice of urban and rural passenger transport business model more reasonable.In the integrated configuration of urban and rural passenger transport, this paper mainly study the configuration of the urban and rural passenger transport infrastructure (road infrastructure, passenger station facilities,other facilities), urban and rural passenger line network and urban and rural passenger transport management system. In the study of urban and rural passenger transport infrastructure aspect, this paper divides passenger stations into different level, and proposes different layout method at different levels. In the study of urban and rural passenger line network aspect, this paper proposes three layout mode, and gives the passenger line network deployment methods adjustment method. In the study of urban and rural passenger transport management system aspect, this paper proposes some suggestions in institutions and policies.Finally, this paper used the optimization method for ansai urban and rural passenger transport business model to optimize and configure the integrated of ansai urban and rural passenger transport to verify the proposed theory feasible in the analysis of urban and rural passenger transport current situation.
