From the trend of Chinese furniture's import and export in recent years, the development of the furniture is still blooming in the future. Not only do the furniture enterprises face the opportunities, but also face challenges which we can riot deny. With accumulating of people's material wealth and development of the society, the sell market is gradually replaced by buyer market. In the meantime, people's need to the furniture product and the service are more and more diverse and personal, the significance of the customizing furniture has been recognized by the furniture enterprise field. Compared with the large-scale production of low cost, the customization usually combining with the high cost together has not held more superiority. Implementing the large-scale production's cost and speeds at the time of carrying on a diversification and customization of product production, will become a successful key for the furniture business enterprise in new market competition. Mass customization production pattern is new production pattern to adapt the market transformation from the seller market to the buyers' market, and to meet the customer's individuation need. And the traditional large scale production way is eliminated gradually under the new competition form.The thesis is divided into six parts:in the first part, it is the theoretical description of the concept of Mass Customization, and based on which to explain the realistic meaning of Mass Customization and the way to realize the economic benefits of mass customized producing enterprises, and through which summarize the enterprises' organization mode that suitable for Mass Customization; in the second part, it is the design measure of mass customized; in the third part, it introduces how to product by the mass customized way of manufacture; in the fourth part, it analyzes the composing of sale model; in the fifth part, it introduces supply chain management; and in the last part, it is the example of IKEA.This paper uses the contrast analysis, systems analysis and case analysis to probe mass Customization of furniture customization mode, and through investigation report in the form of furniture practitioners and consumers of mass customization cognitive survey, involving all relevant content and detailed of product design, manufacture and distribution services. With comparative thorough analysis, it points out the basis for mass customization. Also through classic case analysis, it builds an extending supply chain for furniture Mass Customization, which is an important reference value for the full implementation of mass customization. This paper explores of the furniture enterprises logistics at the first time, the supply chain management of Mass Customization makes the theory of furniture enterprises mass customization perfect, and do help to the furniture enterprises to build a best way for the exploration of the full realization of mass customization.
