The year 2010 is the fifth year since the New Zone in north of Shenyang opened up. During five years, the New Zone in the north of Shenyang has already obtained some achievements. The dissertation researches the further strategies and models of the New Zone in the north of Shenyang development and construction on basis of it's five-years development.The dissertation consists of 5 chapters:Chapter I is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the study, the thought and approaches to the study as well as the creativity and limitation of the dissertation.It could be a reference for the further development of the New Zone in the north of Shenyang to research the further strategies and models of it. The development and construction of the New Zone in the north of Shenyang will play a key role in the revival of the economy in the northeast of China, as well as the whole nation.Chapter II researches the theoretical basis of urban New Zone development and concludes the overview of study.The theoretical basis on development of Urban New Zone is the theorem of "growth pole" in development economics.
