The Construction Analysis On Sustainable Development Experimental Zone Of Sichuan Province

With the increase of population, resources and environmental pressures, thesustainable development thought has been gradually integrated into all areas of humansociety, Sustainable Development Experimental Zone as a practice carrier has increasinglycaught the attention of all parties. In this paper, taking Sustainable DevelopmentExperimental Zone as the research object, on the basis of summarizing the theoretical basis ofthe construction of the experimental area and origins, development stages, types and so on,analyze the achievements and obstacles of the construction of experimental zone in SichuanProvince, simply comb its development ideas and conduct a practical analysis to Yibin NanxiDistrict.Nanxi District is located in the south of Sichuan with unique geographical conditions andresources advantages. In recent years, through the development of coordinating urban andrural, Nanxi District has got stable high-speed of economic growth, dramatically increase ofurbanization level and good trend of each industry. But constraints as low total economy,irrational industrial structure, urbanization unbalanced, obvious binary constitution and so onalso remains. So，in depth background of advancing the country’s new round of westerndevelopment strategy, creating coordinating urban and rural Sustainable DevelopmentExperimental Zone by seizing the multiple strategic opportunities of constructing theChengdu-Chongqing economic zone, the southern economic zone of Sichuan Province andmillion population of Yibin, has a great practical significance to realize the sustainabledevelopment of Nanxi District and promoting the construction of experimental zone inSichuan Province.Based on the analysis of the development advantages and restricting factors of Nanxidistrict, the paper set the strategic positioning of coordinating urban and rural Sustainable Development Experimental Zone for it, according to the development characteristics of NanxiDistrict, put forward the theoretical framework for coordinating urban and rural sustainabledevelopment adjusting measures to local conditions. Through the data collection of reactingthe basic development situation of each town in Nanxi district for factor analysis, the commonfactor comprehensive scores were applied to divide the hierarchy levels. According to thepoint the shaft to shaft surface development ideas, to explore the development direction ontwo interact and three linkage of creating coordinating urban and rural SustainableDevelopment Experimental Zone in Nanxi District.Aimed at the situation of Nanxi District and the construction requirements of theSustainable Development Experimental Zone, the paper gives development suggestions onthe experimental operation mechanism, planning compile, policy guidance, industrialinteraction, resources and environment protection.
