Research On Efficiency Of Agricultural Products Circulation In Hunan Province

With the integrated development of the society and economy in our country, The consumers satisfaction of agricultural products has been improved from the quantity meet to the pursuit of quality improvement. The circulation has been more and more important. As the agricultural products with heavy and perishable characteristics, the problems of quality about agricultural products, regional and seasonal supply imbalance have become new issues, the circulation of agricultural products in the link in production and consumption plays an increasingly important role. China's agricultural production coupled with a large dispersion small gathered characteristics, agricultural product variety, high circulation, and poor circulation process information, low circulation organizational level, low flow of technology, more circulation, caused problems of a high cost distribution process and long circulation time of the agricultural products from the origin to consumers, which produce current problems such as circulation of agricultural efficiency resulting in an important factor restricting agricultural development and rural economic development in our country. Owing to historical reasons, the late start of research on the circulation of agricultural products, current research of agricultural products concentrates on circulation organization, circulation subject, circulation system and circulating operation. From my point of view, the main problems affect the efficiency of agricultural products circulation is the efficiency of circulation, only a very good control of the circulation between the efficiency can really achieve the efficient distribution of agricultural products. Therefore, on agricultural circulation efficiency studies, we need to conduct an analysis on the circulation of agricultural products circulation efficiency. It can better study circulation, to figure out the factors that influence circulation loss, so that products be of good quality and quantity delivered to the distribution chain of the terminal, to enhance consumer welfare. The author hopes that through the concrete analysis of the status of Hunan agricultural circulation, to find barrier that restricts Hunan-made agricultural products circulation efficiency, and then explore ways to solve or reduce the bottleneck of distribution of agricultural products, to promote agricultural development and increase farmers'income.
