The Implementation Effect Evaluation Of The New Old-age Insurance In Rural

The old-age insurance system is a new measure which comply with the historical trend, which make it become real that peasants who are elderly will be looked after properly. The system is of great significance to peasants who work from dawn to dusk, have no kin and cannot support themselves, and the older, the weaker, the sicker and the disabled which have last two thousand years. And it makes the peasant no longer rely entirely on family endowment. The benefiting-agriculture policies is an important measure which implement the scientific outlook of development and build a new socialist countryside. And it is an inevitable choice to narrow the gap between city and county, promote social justice, which is an real need to stimulate the domestic demands and face the international financial crisis effectively, which is also of great importance to promte the rural economic and social harmony.Basing on the domestic thoretical researchs and practical experiences about new rural old-age insurance system, learning experiences about new rural old-age insurance system abroad, this article takes peasants from sanhe village of langli town in changsha county as an example to make empirical study. By studying and designing, we evaluate the effects of the new rural endowment insurance system.This article is consist of six parts, the first part is the preface, including problem, research, the significance of the research, the contents of the research, etc.The second part is the theoretical perspective.The third part is the research design, including the research hypotheses, research variables and material sources;etc. The fourth part is the result analysis, The fifth part is the conclusion and discussion. The sixth part is the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Based on statisticing and analysising to the investigation result, we finally obtained two basic conclusion. Firstly, the new rural old-age insurance system is still in the experimental stage, the effects of which is not very good, we have to promot publicity to make the system effectly. Secondly, the new rural old-age insurance system is limited by many facts such as economy, institution, culture, social, and we need to clarify the relationship between implementation of the new rural old-age insurance system and limited facts.
