| Sustainable development is a major breakthrourh in cognition and this is formed under the practice of human exploration, and the study of enterprise's sustainable development has important significance in practice. As the basic and guiding industry, electric power industry plays a supporting role for the national economy. The development of cogeneration plant can save the energy, improve the environment, enhance the electric power, strengthenheat power supply. Because of extensive social responsibilities and social benefits, it is an inevitable choice to implement sustainable strategy.Firstly, this article summarizes the research progress of the sustainable development inside and outside, and the research of the sustainable development in domestic power project; Then, after the thorough investigation of operation situations of the 8th Project, this article analyzes internal and external environment of the project. In combination with regional grid and regional power supply situations, Gray model prediction,secondary exponential smoothing model and multiple linear regression model are used to predict power load of Baoding.Based on PEST model, cogeneration project sustainable development various influencing factors are determined, including internal competitiveness, external benefits and external environments; The system of evaluating indexs are established scientifically to measure cogeneration enterprise sustainable development abilities, target layer is sustainable development level of cogeneration enterprise, one class index is consist of internal competitiveness, environmental benefits and external competitiveness, Level 4 indexs are concrete measured indexs. Use AHP to evaluate the 8th Project Of baoding cogeneration plant, with a practical example calculating the value of enterprise sustainable development capabilities. At last, this article gives some suggestions of sustainable development for this projects. |
