Power grid is an important infrastructure of National Economic development; it is also an important part of energy strategy & the energy industry chain and is an important component of electric power industry. To achieve security and stability of power grid, providing efficient and high quality power supply is the important guarantee of comprehensive construction well-off society and socialism harmonious society. Therefore, to promoting the sustainable development of power grid, it is particularly important for the research of grid construction project risk management.This paper firstly expounds the concept of risk and project risk, analyzes the implementation stages of power grid construction projects implementation stages, and summarizes the characteristics of grid construction projects and its risk characteristics. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing, this paper identifies the power grid construction project risks and expounds the basic functions and principles of grid construction project risk assessment indexes system. Then, we construct the power grid construction project risk assessment indexes system. Thirdly, by using case analysis and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP),the weight of the of the power grid construction project risk indicators is given; by using expert scoring method the level of each risk factor is got. Based on this, the results of quantitative evaluation is given.Finally, based on the results of grid construction projects risk identification and power grid construction project risk assessment indexes system construction, it provides some suggestion for power grid construction project risk management measures, including developing risk management plans, risk averse, risk control, risk transfer, special risk prevention, risk monitor. |
