Research on Classification of Automotive Service Parts Based on AHP and Fuzzy Synthetically Evaluation MethodIn recent years, national income and living standards have greatly improved with the rapid growth of economy, Automotive has entered the ordinary families as consumer staples, so the automotive market has been unprecedented development. 2009, our country produced a total of 13,791,000 vehicles, sales of 13,644,800 according to the official release of automobile production and sales data of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, China surpassed the United States for the first time as the world's largest new car market.The numbers of car ownership are on the rise as the increase in automobile production and sales, the total demand of service parts are at least 70 billion or more in accordance with the 2009 national vehicle population 70 million, calculated per 1,000 vulnerable service parts. Thus, the demand for our automotive service parts market is very large. Because of the wide range of spare parts, complex features, resulting in high operating costs of spare parts for automobile manufacturers, Therefore, this is an important research goal, for how to meet customer demand as much as possible under the premise, reduce the operating costs of spare parts to Improve the efficiency of enterprises. This article is to study how to reduce the operating costs of spare parts from the classification of the service parts, which make spare parts sales as an important source of profits.This paper researched the classification of the service parts from the following six sections:The first chapter introduces the background of this paper including the overall development of China's automobile industry conditions and demand analysis and the importance of spare parts; Another part mainly about the summary and conclusions of the major domestic and international research on the status of spare parts, which lay the foundation for the depth of this paper. Finally, it introduces the research contents, significance, and the innovation of this paper. In this paper, the research significance, provide guidance for the auto companies about management of spare parts In practice; the combination of AHP and Fuzzy evaluation for the first time, which applied to auto spare parts in theory; enrich the theoretical field of spare parts management; the establishment of a comprehensive scientific evaluation system of indicators, also enriched the field of spare parts management theory.The second chapter is the basis of relevant theories. It introduces the service parts and maintenance parts of the definition and distinction between them and the characteristics of automotive service parts; and then lists the classification of related spare parts, including the ABC classification, management of spare parts 3A, level category classification; And the related comprehensive evaluation, including AHP, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, data envelopment analysis, artificial neural network, gray comprehensive evaluation method; Finally, analyzed the applicability of existing classification methods and evaluation methods for spare parts, to illustrate the reason for applying AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Chapters III and IV is a key part of this paper, The third chapter introduces classification index and classification principles of spare parts, as well as the principles of index evaluation, which identify the classification system of service parts. Chapter Four calculates a single composite score of spare parts with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method under service parts classification system of previous chapter.The fifth chapter is the application section of this paper, take the FAW truck service parts as an example, lists twenty representative parts of them and calculate the single-level index scores and composite score to determine ABC properties according to its score, and the analysis of the management for each spare parts.Chapter VI is the concluding part of this article, including a summary of this article and this lack of research, as well as he outlook for further research of this article and other industrial applications.
