The Study On Relationship And Intervention Among Job Burnout, Job Satisfaction And Work Ability

Job burnout has become an important issue which influenced people's work and life deeply. Job burnout not only do harm to people's health, but also reduce the efficiency of work, affect job satisfaction and work ability, cause accidents, threat production safety and the economy of whole country. But in china, there is less research on the relationship among job burnout, job satisfaction and work ability of miners, still less the survey and the correlated method for dealing with the relationship. So there is important practical significance on the research of the miners.To solve the problem of employees'job burnout in coal enterprises, this thesis takes the miners as the object, which deeply researches the question about Job burnout, job satisfaction and work ability questionnaire and so on. Firstly, the thesis summarizes some concepts of job burnout, job satisfaction and work ability, and their impact factors, then carries out Empirical Study through interviews and surveys.This thesis finds out the differences in job burnout, job satisfaction and work ability questionnaire about different variables of individual using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0 soft wares for exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses; job burnout can predict job satisfaction and work ability, show negative correlation; higher job burnout leads lower job satisfaction and work ability. Based on the results of statistical analyses, the thesis decomposes the relationship among them, according to preventing, alleviating, reducing and eliminating job burnout; indicating the management strategy for helping the miners to improve job satisfaction and work ability effectively.
