The Communist Party Of China's Knowledge And Practice Of Farmland Protection Since The Reform And Opening-up

China's one of important conditions is the population, less arable land per capita, farmland reserve resources grossly inadequate and ecologically fragile. Farmland protection is directly related to national food security,social stability and relationship to national development. From the founding of PRChina to the reform and opening up, in the policy guidance of encouraging reclamation, area of farmland is in a growth state as a whole though the area has decreased during the period because of man-made or natural reasons. In the spring tide of reform and opening up, continuously increased population and fast developing economy, the CCP pays more and more attention to farmland protection. After enough trial and reform, the CCP draws lessons from farmland protection and forges ahead with reform and innovation spirit. They try to find a way in which could protect farmland scientific,effective and sustainable. In sequence they are farmland protection consciousness-budding time,farmland protection system starting time,farmland protection system building time,farmland protection system perfecting time since the reform and opening up. In different economic background the CCP have different perceptions and different working on farmland protection. They keep pace with the times to develop and improve farmland protection system. Farmland protection of our country attracted worldwide attention for its great achievements.
