Besides, they have many world-renowned multinational automobile companies, whereas we have none. It is proved that only with independent innovation capability, independent own brand and core technologies, Chinese auto industry can become the most competitive industry and the auto companies can have the independent development of the initiative.The way to obtain core competitiveness is to improve the ability to research and develop new products that meet market demand fast and accurately. Companies should improve the ability of R&D so that they can adapt to rapid, diversified and differentiated changes in market demand and technology update, and shorten the product development cycle, improve product development productivity, reduce development waste and improve market competitiveness.However, there are little successful companies to win in the market competition because of the R&D ability management.
