The medium and small private companies are very important parts of economy in China, they do great helps in the development of economy in our country. As the reform of economy in China goes deeper and deeper, the opening of economy in China goes faster and faster to the outside, the core talented people of the medium and small private companies flow out more often informally. The outflow of the core talented people informally has big influence to the medium and small private companies, and restricts the sustainable development of the medium and small companies. How to solve these problems, reduce the outflow of the core talented people, has become the big problem of the management of HR in the medium and small private companies in China and become the core element for the strategic HR management of the medium and small private companies in China.Setting the case of D company, the thesis analyses the problem of the core talented people's outflow on the basis of the theory of HR and the way of normative theory. At the same time, I give a heart to heart talk with the core talented people on the basis of the way which is on the questionnaire survey. Again I analysis the reason of the core talented people'outflow after I investigate core talented people. Then I classify the reason of the organization which influence the core talented people's outflow, I give the conclusion about that: the outflow of the core talented people has a lot of relations with the power in the D company. That is the relations with completive strength, the influence of the company cultural, the regulations of rewards,welfares and the leading ability of the top leader of the D company. And also it is related with the salary of outside company,the market of HR. And also it is because that its rival is too strong. I give some suggestions on how to reduce the outflow of D company's core talented people. It is building systems of precautionary measure before,being and after that. It will make the biggest control and improve market competitive ability for D company...
