From the angle of economic development, if Yin Chuan Giti Tire Corporation Limited expects to maintain a stable and sustainable development and avoid being eliminated, the most important aspect of human resources should be put in the first place. The competition of corporations’ core competence is virtually the one of human resources. That is to say, the competition depends on human talent. The Corporation’s tomorrow will be directly determined by the number of its talented people. Whether the Corporation will be successful in the competition depends on the sustainable development of human resources.Presently, with marketization of human resources and liberalization of choices about career, brain drain has become a prevalent problem in many companies, which constraint companies’ further development. Facing the needs of expansion and development, Giti Tire Co. Ltd in Yin chuan (Yin Chuan Giti Company for short), the study object in the thesis, its sustainable development is greatly influenced by brain drain.According to studies about related theories and adopted measures including statistic analysis and questionnaire survey, the thesis deeply discuss various reasons caused brain drain in Yin Chuan Giti Company through comprehensive analysis, such as employees’satisfaction to the company, and come up with measures to revert brain drain and improve management on talented people, providing scientific basis for Yin Chuan Giti company to reduce the lose of core talented people. At the same time, during the studies, the professional knowledge on management that I learned has applied into practice and my theories of management have improved. On the basis of existing theories, the thesis provides some constructive suggestions for companies in China to reduce loss of core talented people.
