The industrialized operation of agriculture is considered the second agricultural management system reform, is the basic direction of the development of China's agriculture. since the 1980s in some other region of China's shandong, gradually the industrialized operation of agriculture are adopted, promotion and popularization in all parts of the country.At present,the"leading enterprises & farmers"organization is one of the essential organizations in the development of agricultural integration in china. This kind of mode is the obvious characteristics of farmers and leading enterprise signed by both parties or loose or tight long-term contract to replace some temporary market transactions,clearly in the contract between leading enterprises and farmers were obligations and responsibilities,but both sides still maintain their respective constant independent economic entities, farmers and Leading enterprises is a partnership."Leading enterprises & farmers"of the model, in improving agricultural efficiency, optimize resources, increase their income, etc. it have played an important role and particularly have an effective solution to the small farm family business with big market resolve their conflicts.However,many problems such as incongruous interest link,unstable relation and low rate of fulfilling agreements have occurred in the course of cooperation between farmers and leading enterprises,According to the domestic and foreign researches,cooperation can effectively govern the transaction between enterprise and it has already become a new source of obtaining the competitive advantage for enterprises.The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to keep and manage the cooperation between farmers and leading enterprises at an operational level,and probe into the essence of cooperation and the relation between cooperative behavior and cooperative performance.The research is composed of two parts.The first part reviews domestic and overseas literatures about improve stability of cooperation relational,based on relational contracts and characteristics of the "leading enterprises & farmers"organization in the development of agricultural integration,the peper establishes the relationship evaluation model,defines and explains the meaning of indeses in the relationship evaluation model of the leading enterprises and farmers. The second part is abour questionnaire designing on the basis of the evaluation model.We analyze samples with the method of validity analysis, reliability analysis, structural equation modeling and other statistical methods,and put forward corresponding suggestions according to the findings of the study.This study shows that in such agricultural integrative organization as"leading enterprises & farmers",it is effective to govern the transaction between enterprises and farmers through relational governance.The positive analysis shows that there is remarkable causality between cooperative sentiments,cooperative behavior and cooperative performance in the course of leading enterprises and farmers'relation.The main conclusions are:(1)the relationship between two indexes cooperation emotional commitment and trust of cooperative behavior two indexes flexibility adjustment and cooperation have positive effects, namely, cooperation, including emotional impact cooperative behavior more help leading enterprise.Cooperation emotional effect on cooperation, trust them more conducive to leading enterprises and farmers to adjust and improve the flexibility of leading enterprises and collaborative relationship between farmers. (2) the cooperative behavior is positively related to cooperative performance, flexibility of cooperative behavior adjust the performance of cooperation and collaboration-both between the two indicators of effectiveness and impact on cost reduction benefits. Therefore, leading enterprises and farmers to enhance cooperation between the performance, companies should build trust and reputation mechanisms and leading enterprises and farmers to enhance the flexibility of adjustment and cooperation between.
