| The development of chain supermarkets is closely related to logistics and goods distribution. The distribution level of a chain retail enterprise has become one of the standards evaluating its modern-management level, the distribution mode directly concerns the distribution level of it, therefore, what kind of distribution mode to choose is an important matter, even a strategic matter for a chain retail enterprise. It has become an important research project to find a suitable distribution mode for chain retail enterprises.On the basis of introduction to linkage and distribution theories, this article, firstly, analyzes and researches present development status of chain retail enterprises, studies the four common distribution modes of Chinese chain retail enterprises in classification and comes up with their advantages and disadvantages. Meanwhile, it generalizes the present distribution status of supermarket Ren-ren Le in Xi'an and analyzes existing major problems and the true reasons behind those problems.To solve the distribution problems of supermarket Ren-ren Le, this article, in a view of integrating supply chain, systematically analyzes the demand control of chain supermarkets'logistics and goods distribution, gives an in-depth analysis to the demand prediction of chain supermarkets'logistics and researches the demand-control concept of supermarkets'logistics. It comes up with an improved mode for optimizing supply chain on the basis of the overall optimization of chain supermarkets'logistics and goods distribution. According to the view that the integration of the supply chain must encourage not only sharing information but also sharing profit, the article puts forward that we should steps across the supply chain and make concerted efforts to establish a business operation process for chain supermarkets'logistics and goods distribution. In the end, the article introduces the case of supermarket Ren-ren Le appling optimized logistics and goods distribution mode. |
