The Research On Fujian Province Peasants' Life Quality

Paying close attention to the residents' life quality is the very important expression of Scientific outlook on development including people-oriented, peasants are key part of Fujian Province, so it has significant effect and purport to analyze and research peasants'life quality. Holding 16th Party Congress push on well-to-do construction completely, increasing the peasants'income combine with well-to-do construction, especially since 2004, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China appeared publicly agriculture tax reduction, direct grain subsidy, agricultural machinery subsidy, increasing capital on agricultural infrastructure and so on which encourage and support agricultural production, increase peasants'income. Fujian Province catch this chance tightly, put more in agriculture, speed up new countryside construction, the confidence and enthusiasm of planting grain rise again, the speed of inceasing income accelerates more speedily. But the life consumption of peasants still have some problems. This thesis bases on the theory of peasants'life quality, and find out that life consumption increases generally, life consumption quality increases obviously, consumption structure upgrades gradually, life environment changes well, the percent of cash consumption raise, peasants'burden reduce. Since 30 Years of Reform & Opening Up, Fujian Province's peasants'life quality increased quickly, but the need of peasants'consumption is still not enough, capital is not enough either, and the strategies are not match with the reality well. The thesis searchs the index of peasants'life quality, applies SPSS and analyses the peasants'life quality by using factor analysis, then find that economical strength is the key. The result says that there are five cities life quality that is higher than the average level of the province. The five cities are Xiamen City, Quanzhou City,Fuzhou City,Longyan City and Zhangzhou City. According to the result, the thesis gives some advice. Fujian Procince should increasing peasants' income level in more way, perfect social security to increase peasants'life quality, put more in country social undertakings, develop country fully, harness country sanitation, care about disadvantaged minority, develop every city in phase.
