Investigation And Study Of The Quality Of Life Of The Landless Peasants

In recent years, With China's urbanization and modernization of acceleration, farmland circulation happens constantly in the rural. Mass farmers'land is expropriated. And the land-as the most important production material of farmers, Which is the survival foundation of farmers.Farmers'quality of life happen great changes after land circulation. Farmers'quality of life have the downward trend in many places. The occurrence of this kind of circumstance,to a certain extent, deepen land circulation's contradiction increasingly. Therefore, the problem can be solved or not directly relates to stability in the rural and the sustainable development of society. How to improve the farmer's quality of life after the land circulation,which has the extremely vital significance.The quality of life and every individual in the society be closely bound up. Based on the farmers'quality of life after land circulation as the research object. The research expounds the importance of land for farmers. From the objective aspects with several elements including the peasants' income,household consumption,employment situation and so on to compare the actual status of the peasant's living standard before and after the land circulation. From the subjective aspect with several dimensions including the material quality of life satisfaction an,the labor quality of life and the leisure of life satisfaction to compare the actual status of subjective life quality of farmers. And affecting factors on the subjective and objective quality of life is analyzed.This paper chooses Fushun Town, Taonan City as the investigating area for the research. Based on the research on literature the author elects Maslow's Demand Theory as a research point. Considering that most of peasants'low education level, the author adoptes the method of questionnaire and interview to make spot investigation. The statistical software SPSS is used to analyze the data. From this the author gets the contradistinction of peasants'life before and after land transfer. Both peasants'qualities of material and working life decrease somewhat than before. And peasants'leisure life quality increases slightly.After land transfer, peasants became a part of new generation of the vulnerable groups. If we don't give them a reasonable guide or enough support, they will bring the negative influence of the stability of society which goes against the construction of harmonious society. Therefore, it needs common and hard work of the international community. Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical studies.We proposed to collect tax for farmers, To establish and perfect the system of social security of the farmers.For farmers to establish and improve employment service platform and so on. Through suggestion to improve and enhance the farmer's quality of life after the land circulation.
