Studies On Progress Control Of LW Construction Project

With the development of our country's economy, construction field is also flourishing. During the management of construction project life cycle, the project implementation stage is the formation stage of the project entity, and the project construction management stage is the important content in the project implementation stage. Controlling the progress of the project construction management stage is the main measure to ensure realizing the progress control of the whole construction project. The general task of the progress control in the construction stage is to effectively coordinate and use all kinds of resources to realize the project management goal on the basis of meeting the requirement for the general progress plan of the project construction. This article studies the control of a specific project over the progress management to raise the efficiency of project management.Firstly, this article introduces the present theories about the project progress management. Next, it analyses the features of the LW project and the commonly existing problems during the progress management. Then in the actual project construction management, it uses the theories and methods of the progress management to make a work breakdown structure for the project and confirm the successive relations of the construction process and responsibility assignment matrix, adopts network technology to draw up the project progress network diagram and Gantt chart, and uses S-shaped curve comparison method and earned value method to check and analyze the progress control. Moreover, it discusses the ensuring measures of realizing the goal of the project progress management for the purpose of scientifically working out and effectively controlling the project progress. In addition, this article analyzes the economic optimization for the project progress plan. The progress management of construction projects is the indispensable part of construction manement with its important position and special role. This article's studies can provide reference for similar projects in terms of the progress management.
