Lean Production Application And Study In HL Company

The lean production management is the most important milestone of human society production mode revolution,its thinking is to spend minimum resource(human resource, row material, equipments etc) to manufacture the products what customer need or supply the satisfy service for customers.HL company implement lean production base on lean production thinking,but it is not derivative,it combines characteristic of oneself through focus on key point and comprehensive way of implementing lean production.Thus improve the company production management method, and finally to reduce cost, improve efficiencyIn this thesis, I expatiate HL company adopt the lean production stratagem and policy and consider the situation and the problems of lean management. HL company applies the lean production theory into production because of it is try to get the rationally and high efficiency production operation. In the mean time, HL company also wants to get the high flexible manufacture and management technology. The thesis include the summarize of lean production, the lean production theory application in HL company. The thesis focuses on stating production line layout improvement, production control plan optimization, implement JIT delivery and VMI inventory management,TPM and TQM management application.Finially,introduce 5S and CIP system application in HL company.Through analysis the lean production theory application in HL company, we try to find the effective method to apply the lean production in the middle scale company-such as HL company..
