| Innovative enterprise is the main market body which has great economic benefit and social influence, and plays a significant role in promoting the development of national economy. As a large economic province, Shandong province attaches great importance to the innovation level of enterprises and regards the innovation as the driving force to help accelerate economic development so as to build and support a large number of innovative enterprises. However, there is not yet a set of evaluation system of consensus for the development of innovative companies and their operational performance. Therefore, this article makes some relevant researches on the evaluation system of innovative performance of innovative enterprise in Shandong province.This paper used the innovation theory, input-output theory and evaluation theory as the theoretical foundations, and combined ANP method with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct evaluation system and make empirical analysis. The research was made from the following four aspects:Firstly, make definition of the innovative performance of innovative enterprise. By combing the summarized relevant literature at home and abroad, the paper gave the basic definition of innovative enterprise and clarified its characteristic, and then discussed the meaning of innovative performance. All of these provide a basis for follow-up evaluation.Secondly, screen the influencing factors of innovative performance of innovative enterprise. On the basis of literature review and practice investigation, this paper selected innovative enterprises in diffident areas and industries to implement two rounds of questionnaire survey. Then we screened the influencing factors according to the importance score.Thirdly, construct the innovative performance evaluation system of innovative enterprise. The paper used SPSS19.0 to make cluster analysis for the 15 factors(the third level indicators), finding out 6 second level indicators(profitability, operational level, innovation outcome, information technology degree, environmental contribution and regional contribution) and 3 first level indicators(financial performance, technology performance and social performance). Then we used ANP method by Super Decision software to give weight to each indicator which made the evaluation system operationally.Fourthly, make empirical analysis and provide promotion strategies. The paper selected 10 representative innovative enterprises for the empirical survey and used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to lock the key influencing factors which are the new product sales proportion, R&D expense margin, patent level, new product development cycle, Internet operation level and technology contribution for regions. At last, the paper provided innovative performance promotion strategies from enterprise, industry and government aspects. |
