In this article, it elaborates the theory of pull production mode in detail, and analyzes the defects for push production mode of WX Company. Finally, WX Company will be given the implementation of the program on how to implement the pull production mode into WX Company's Small Batch and Multispecies Production.In this article, by gathering related the theory of knowledge and management ideas, based on comparing the strengths and weaknesses between pull production mode and push production mode, describes the main characteristics of WX products and orders, and analyze the existing WX Company production status of push production mode, described the production tasks imbal-ance between process and work in process inventory is too high these two issues, and put for-ward the following recommendations:the dynamic balance of person requirement between process and balanced arrangements for staff response production plan to improve the production tasks imbalance between process; in the production process, implement the transfer box to quan-titative transfer materials to achieve the objective of reducing work in process inventory.
