The Research On Post-Evaluation Of Urban Rail Transit Projects

As the urbanization level increasing and city size expanding, urban traffic system faces so many challenges. For example, bus crowed, traffic jam and accident. At the same time, vehicle emissions and noise pollution have become more and more serious.The development of urban transport has both positive and negative effect. In such circumstances, to solve the problem of urban public transport became very important in many states. The effective measure to solve this problem is that public transport has priority. As an environmental friendly transportation, urban rail transit is rapid, large volume and high efficiency, so it has been become the big city's development direction now. But, the urban rail transit project needs huge investment and long construction period. The government and people showed great concerns on the results of their investment. Therefore, the post-evaluation of rail transit projects is essential.Based on the previous research results and the features of urban rail transit, it establishes a complete set of integrated post-evaluation index system. This thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is about literature review, which research on previous post-evaluation and entropy theory. At the same time, it describes the development of urban rail transportation history and characteristics.The second part describes the content of post-evaluation of rail transit projects and the principles to establish post-evaluation index system. Then, it proposed the post-evaluation index system.In the third chapter, it elaborates the traditional post-evaluation methods and their shortcomings firstly. Base on previous research, it elaborates how to determine the index weight based on entropy in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The fourth part is about positive analysis. The NO.1 light rail line of Wuhan is the example in this part and experts give score of the index. Then it judge the implementation effect of the project by comprehensive evaluation model.The last part summarizes the whole thesis, pointing out the deficiencies of this thesis and the future direction of improvement.
