Study On The Development Model Of Logistics Park Of Yangtze River Port

Logistics Park is a new phenomenon in the development of Chinese logistics, which also plays a very important part in the development of Chinese logistics. The port is one of the best places for construction of logistics park and logistics foundation because of its unique superiority, which was the most important reason for energetic investment of logistics parks by governments. With the development of Yangtze River shipping industry and economy along the river, the development and construction of Logistics Park of the Yangtze River port is useful for improving the region competitive power, expanding the outside economy exchange, attraction investment and expansion financing, promotion economic development and so on. To choose the appropriate model must be the key consideration question.This article analyses the domestic and foreign development model of Logistics Park, summarizes successful experience of the domestic and foreign Logistics Park, the foreign Logistics Park takes Japan, Germany, the US, Holland, Singapore as representative, the domestic Logistics Park takes several backing port of Shenzhen port, Shanghai Port, Dalian Port as representative, the key research is the development model of Logistics Park of the Yangtze River port, there are four development models which are initiation by logistics enterprise, the economic development zone pattern, initiation by logistics land agent and the PPP model. The affected facts of development model are analyzed; the indicator system is constructed, and the representative targets are selected, selection model is constructed based on the multi-objective decision making of gray fuzzy combination. Grey multi- objective decision model is based on fuzzy theory of gray, gray level and membership are applied in evaluation process to deal with a comprehensive evaluation problem, the quantitative factors and qualitative factors of the comprehensive impact are taken full account of, so that evaluation results is more objective and reasonable. Finally empirical research was put forward on the Wuhan new port.Studying on the development model of Logistics Park of the Yangtze River port, which provided theoretical basis, is to help the departments and investment deciders to make appropriate choice.
