In the management of modern enterprise human resources, the compensation system design and optimization is always the core content. It is also the key problem in establishing modern enterprise system and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the practice of human resource management, the compensation of some companies have many problems in scientific,reasonable and fairness. These problems will affect emplyees'enthusiasm, and ultimately affect the performance of enterprise.Based on the goal of improving compensation system, "fairness and motivation internally,competitiveness external",to design and implement the M's compensation system.This methods combine norm and practice research, the author based on the stady of M company, compiled information on the basis of special survey and literature search. Through collect information, date analysis and corporate researches, the author analyzed M's compensation management, and found the following questions in it's compensation managenment:(1) The compensation allocation is unreasonable and unfair;(2) The incentive of compensation system is not abvious;(3) The post salary do not reflect the post value;(4) The compensation process is not regular.About compensation design, there are three concrete suggestions for improvement as follows:(1) When compensation system is improved, it is designed in different grades, and focus on improving the performance wage;(2) A reasonable job wage is determined through job evaluation based on job analysis;(3) To adapt and support the compensation system through improving performance system and content; Through designing and implement the improved compensation system, M company can attract and retain high-quality talent, motivate the organization and staffs enthusiasm and creativity, enhance their core competitiveness of enterprises to achieve the win-win situation.
