As a member of private enterprises, Y company which established in the last century 90's has reflected the common problem, because it is a family business, Compensation Management is the most sensitive and difficult to carry out. And compensation design is the establishment and important part of modern Compensation Management system, Compensation Management has become a bottleneck for the development of the company,which also has affected the stability and development of team enthusiasm, So how to design and establish a scientific Compensation Management System is an urgent issue for Y companny,In addition the Salary System should consistent with the business characteristics and adaptation business development needs in the new periodThis is the background of the paper, Applying the literature study, questionnaires and other methods, According to the study to the Compensation Management system of Y company before 2008,It pointed its problem on the Compensation Management system and the reason in particular, So it proposed to establish a scientific management system,. Then it introduese the design process of the company's compensation system of Jinan Y company in details. Firstly, working out the job description In accordance with Job analysis Secondly, establishingt job evaluation team and executing Job Evaluation method by the use of Scoring Factors,then obtained the scores of all posts sorted position and the job posts in Y company, which solve the system of internal pay equity issues, At the same time conducting salary surveys to solve the external equity of salary system,Thus designing the comprehensive Compensation Management system based on for the Y company. Finally, givingh its own proposals about the implementation and operation of the Compensation Management system designed.the paper also introduced its innovation.This paper in guide of the mode compensation management theory, relies on the thought of finding, analyzing and solving problems, and holds the principle that claim relation between theory and practice, practice.
