In recent years, as a kind of resources, knowledge plays a huge role in enterprises' competition, and has become a source of sustainable competitive advantage. More and more organizations emphasis on knowledge management. As the core of knowledge management, knowledge sharing has great significance to maximize the value of knowledge, because effective knowledge management comes from effective knowledge sharing. But in practice, the effective implementation of the knowledge sharing is affected by various factors.In addition to the required technical level of knowledge sharing, people's knowledge sharing intention will also affect the implement of knowledge sharing behavior.They do not always share knowledge actively, because to some extent the possession of knowledge is the possession of superiority which make them do not share their knowledge easily.But in terms of organization, knowledge sharing is of great significance. At present, there are few studies on the innfluencing factors of knowledge sharing intention. As job stress which has important research value influences the attitude and behavior of people in organization, and scholars rarely choose variables to study the innfluencing factors of knowledge sharing intention from the angle of job stress, this study choose the five typical sources of job stress as research variables,such as job security, job requirement, work load, work benefits and work relationships.According to the most typical classification, knowledge is classified into explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.This study will further research the different effects of knowledge sharing intention.By using empirical research method, questionnaire analysis on IT staff shows that, job security has a positive effect on staffs' tacit knowledge sharing intention; job requirement has a positive effect on both staffs' explicit and tacit knowledge sharing intention; work relationships have a positive effect on staffs'tacit knowledge sharing intention; work load and work benefits have no effect on both staffs'explicit and tacit knowledge sharing intention.The research conclusion further enriches the knowledge sharing theory,and has important enlightenment on enterprise knowledge management practice.
