Technological Innovation Behavior In The Perspective Of STS

Technology innovation has become more and more important signs of liberation and development of contemporary social productivity. It has become the determinant of the development of economical society, which determines the development process of a country and a nationality. During the 30 years of reforming and opening up, with the unceasing deep-going of reform and opening up and the practice of constructing a well-off society comprehensively as well as the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating our country through science and education, technology innovation activities have made great progress. However, the weakness of scientific foundation and the feebleness of technical innovation are still the weak link in technology development, which restrict the progress in technology and the development of enterprises in our country. Therefore, studying technological innovation behavior, building up the behavioral model of technical innovation, discussing the application of the model have not only the theoretical value, but also important practical significance to solve the restrictive factors of technological innovation process and to realize the sustainable development of technology innovation.The evolution of technological innovation behavior in enterprises mainly goes through genetic evolution, mutation evolution, social choice evolution and co evolution, etc. The article explained the connotation of the technological innovation and technological innovation behavior and described the evolutionary process of technological innovation behavior and the practical process in enterprises. Basing on the STS horizon, I made an in-depth analysis of the influence of the scientific factors, technical factors and social factors on technological innovation behavior in enterprises and elaborate the technological innovation pattern of behavior in application in enterprises from the phase of scientific industrialization, the stage of technological evolution and social choice.This article, based on the theories of ecology, evolution and behavioral science, as well as the STS horizon, analyzes the influencing factors of technological innovation behavior in enterprises, puts forward its mode and further studies its application. These innovative achievements will be helpful to our enterprises to coordinate the relationship with the environmental restricting factors, improving their responsiveness and the ability to adapt to the environment, enhancing enterprises the ability of technological innovation and scientific development level.
