Agricultural location is one of the economic issues which have attracted many scholars for a long time. Since the German economist Johan Heinrich Von Thunen point out the Agricultural Location Theory firstly, a great many of scholars have validated it from different areas, different space-time and different scaling, ultimately,they got a series of conclusions. Especially in recent years, some scholars put the thunen circle into the content of analysis from microcosmic visual angle, and elicit some conclusion which is that along with spacial distance'variety some phenomena are changed disciplinarily.But the regretful thing is that the location phenomenon chronically beening analyzed in static state and then get some conclusions by most of scholars. However, there are few specialists who analysis one object or the same spacial phenomenon from different time and discovery some changed rules or internal driving mechanism. From this point, this paper chooses company three of one regiment in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps for example, company three has special location, system environment and production management. This paper takes the innovative period of agricultural production management as its start point to analysis fellows'questions: along with the system changing, what workers'action will be seeing? If farms'production efficiency is lain out in special, what characters will be displayed? Well, after analyzing, this paper draws some conclusions as following:(1)The croplands which have similar production efficiency or have similar change rate in different period of production management innovation tend to locate in one place. The croplands in different zone bit of company three have different soil quality ( mainly including keeping water ability , Saline proportion),different water infrastructure(mainly including the distance from water pump and penstock),different characters of back-fence cropland(sif several croplands locate in near places ,they must be planted the same kind crop),but individual cropland in adjacent space has similar characters, which provides the condition for the appearance of similar agricultural production . After analyzing the spatial distribution of relevant elements on individual cropland in different period of innovation, this paper discovers that the croplands (the croplands within the same space, at the same measures,) with same characters are locate in the same places. (2)The croplands in the fringe area of cultivation changed greatly and frequently in different period of innovation. Previous scholars like to rate the"interior– margin"by the distance from farming, while the fact is not so. The croplands in the marginal area would not be more far than the croplands in the interior area. But being limited by micro-region climate around the croplands, traffic conditions and other location environment, the croplands in marginal farming areas have changed more than the croplands in interior area in before/after innovation period on planting structure, capital input, and capital input-output efficiencies and so on. Means, the capital input of croplands in marginal areas in the period of before innovation is large, while the capital input is sharply down during the innovation period, and then at the same level compared with internal areas after innovation.(3)The output of croplands has nothing to do with the distance between the house and farmland. In previous studies, the croplands which in close proximity to labors residence are classified as labor-intensive plant area, because its short work distance, little Steric hindrance , convenience for management and so on like the natural advantage. Namely, along with the increasing distance, the investment of labor is decreasing. The studies have proved that vegetables which need more labors are planted near the residence. But for company three which is operated in large-scale and concentration, this phenomenon may be not happened. The near residence croplands, its performance in capital investment, efficiency of output to input and other rate of changing is not outstanding. In terms of capital investment, workers are affected by planned economic system before the innovation; most of them have less enthusiasm for production and settle for their croplands'advantage in location, result to less farmland investment. While during the time of innovation, workers are motivated and began to increase the investment; this situation is also kept after innovation. In terms of efficiency of capital output to input, the near recitation croplands are always lower no matter in period of pro-innovation or during the innovation or after-innovation because of poor management.(4)As far as some croplands in special distance, the changed of their agricultural production efficiency has its own characters. This phenomenon demonstrate that there must exist something in common, such as soil quality,agricultural micro-micro-climate , water conservancy facilities and so on, these driving different workers have similar reaction to agricultural production, such as the choice of planting kind, capital investment and the efficiency of production ultimately. This paper's analysis finds that the most of croplands between the distances of 1000m to 1500m are sandy soil and early reclamation, there is also a lot of film in its soil after a long time of cultivate, combined with the affection of global warming, the croplands within this space are prone to pests and diseases, and have lower cotton production, but before the innovation, this croplands must be planted cotton, while during innovation, some workers are starting to try other kind cash crops, but also has little change in overall. After innovation, workers are changed to plant other economic crops to adjust the soil structure, such as corn, sunflower, and tomato and so on.Based on above discovers and special phenomenon and rules, after analysis the possible reasons, this paper argue that,(1) The affection of the farming distance to agricultural production is poor, but the specific location of individual cropland is more important to efficiency of croplands. (2)The innovation of production system has a great affect to different factors of production. (3) Different production operators of similar type of croplands are limited by each other and contain each other. (4) The costs of different kind of crops are huge different, which then affect the production efficiency of different croplands in different locations.The theoretical conclusions of this study are:(1)The conclusions of this study have great different from traditional agricultural location theory. No matter the agricultural location theory of thunen, or some relative studies ware got by other scholars, most of them are trying to find some disciplinarians of spatial. But most of them are not validated according to the phenomena of this study has discovered, and"circular structure"or"adverse circular structure"are not discovered in the environment of production in big scale and intensification of xinjiang production and construction corps.(2) The conclusions of this study have great different from Alexander's"central place theory". In Studies of the existing, some scholars have found that the labors or production efficiency is decreasing along with the increasing of working distance. But what discovers of this paper is different from them, for example, the croplands within a short distance are not always having high input, and the similar croplands in spatial characteristics of production activities are tend to locate in one place.(3) The spatial character at the change of the function of spatial analysis is special. The no-spatial factors are put in the analysis scope, and the spatial factors are used to as a platform of displaying agricultural production activities, namely, the different of agricultural activities in different time are displayed by the change of spatial phenomenon, instead of using the change of spatial phenomenon reflect the different agricultural activities in different time, so got some special conclusions.In addition, according to above analysis and discovers, the paper draws a serious of policy implication about the production management of company three, the whole management system of agricultural production and the develop guidelines of our country agriculture.
