Study On Sustainable Land Consolidation Evaluation

Based on the analysis of connotation, evolution and evaluation system of land consolidation at home and abroad, combine the stage of development, theoretical basis, actual situation and new situation of China land consolidation, this paper put forward the scientific content of the sustainable land consolidation,then build a sustainable evaluation index system and evaluation model, at last select Shandong Donge gaoji land consolidation project area as a case study area, then evaluate the sustainability of land consolidation. The specific content includes the following:(1) Sustainable Criteria of land consolidationAnalyze of the sustainable theoretical basis of land consolidation and the constraints for the practice of China's land consolidation, combined with sustainable land use, aspects from the ecological, economical, social and landscape establishment the five aspects, identify the sustainable standards of land consolidation.(2) Evaluation system of sustainable land consolidationFirst of all, determine the principles and method of the selection of the evaluation system, from the five aspects of the resource, the economic, ecological, social benefits and landscape to select indicator and the interpretation of indicators, then establish a sustainable evaluation index system of land consolidation. In this basis, determine the appropriate quantitative methods and use AHP to determine weights of evaluation indicators, establish the evaluation model, to research the sustainability of land consolidation on quantitative.(3) Empirical StudySelect Shandong Hekou Taiping land consolidation project area as a case study region combined with regional natural, social, land resources, characteristics of the project area to establish indicators of sustainable land consolidation, compare the regional integrated sustainability before and after the land consolidation project to Judge the capacity for sustainable development.
