The System Of Evaluation On Sustainable Development Of Land Consolidation

In recent years, large-scaled of land consolidation was carried out in China and the land put into use after finishing the cosolidation and checking. However, whether all the projects achieving the expected results or moving towards the favorable direction of sustainable land use was lack of objective evaluation. Therefore, the evaluation system of sustainable land consolidation both as a new subject and an imminent one has been studied.According to the importance of the evaluation of sustainable land consolidation, this paper took it as the starting point and studied the evaluation system on sustainable development of land consolidation. The research contents are as follows:First of all, based on the systematic study of the land consolidation with sustainable development in dometic and abroad field, the concept of sustainable development of land consolidation was summarized and the relevant theoretical basis was generalized and concluded; Secondly, the content of the evaluation on sustainable development of land consolidation was researched. According to the theory of fishbone, it summarized influence factors of sustainable development of land consolidation which mainly included six parts such as engineering facilities, ecological benefit, economical benefit, social benefit, land production capacity and control ability. It also filtered corresponding index on the basis of various factors and thus established the corresponding evaluation index system;Thirdly, the method of determining the index weight and calculating comprehensive scores was introduced. It established the model of evaluation of sustainable land consolidation through AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and defined the level of sustainable development evaluation.The paper,it empirical analysis combined with the land consolidation project of Shuangpai county, illustrated the whole proceess of evaluation and analynized the evaluation results.The result showed that the evaluation index system of sustainable land consolidation has certain feasibility, which can provide reference for the assessment of sustainable land consolidation in case of the similar areas or region.
