Research On The Performance Appraisal Theory Of Employees In Manufacturing Department Of Tonghu Overseas Chinese Farm Tea Company

Based on the research of performance management and manufacturing management theory, the paper pointed out the problems of the performance appraisal system of employees in manufacturing department of TongHu overseas Chinese farm tea company, such as unsuitable accesses, not specific performance index and another three problems, by questionnaire survey and data gathering. Besides, it found out five reasons, including disjointed target management, without job analysis. Considering these problems, it presented the idea about improving the performance Appraisal System of Employees in manufacturing department of TongHu overseas Chinese farm tea company, with the management idea of comprehensive Performance management model as follows:According to the future target of the company, designed the performance index for company, department, and employees, which is level by level and finally to all the KPI of the employees in manufacturing department. After drawing up the performance appraisal system, the paper emphasized on the implementation of it. The implementation should be as follow:firstly, the choice and training of accesses secondly collect the information of evaluating object, thirdly performance evaluation, fourthly, feedback and interviewing of performance evaluation, and finally implementation of performance evaluation results. And it also ensured the implementation from organization personnel and system. TongHu overseas Chinese farm tea company is just the state-owned enterprises. Because of this, the paper is designated, and the problems and suggestions of the performance appraisal system of employees in manufacturing department are specifies, hoping that the suggestions will be useful for similar enterprises.
