Based on the research of Qinhuangdao Xing Long Wheel Manufacturing Co. Ltd and theadvanced performance appraisal theory, we have analysis of the current problem in performanceappraisal system. Combined with the company operation characteristics and development strategy, weinput KPI, BSC and other performance appraisal method for hierarchical design staff to establish asuitable hub development Xing long performance appraisal system. In this paper, we had adapted threemethods. Document retrieval method which access to the relevant literature in performance assessment,to undertake a comprehensive theoretical study and organize, gather information abroad aboutperformance appraisal, comparative studies; Interview survey method through interviews on customersatisfaction and internal staff and management’s investigation related to the establishment of the newsystem to provide a basis; analysis tool method which in this paper, the integrated use of various typesof performance appraisal tools. Through systems analysis, we ultimately choose the best solution.Throughout the enterprise performance appraisal system, focusing on tools to analyze and data analysistools, we could establish easy evaluation system in private enterprises so that more workable.Based on advanced theories and methods, we design Xing Long Wheel hierarchical classificationof new performance appraisal system, strategic performance indicators KPI-oriented system, andestablish a complete application of the results of the performance appraisal process. We establishcultural construction, feedback mechanisms, IT system, incentives and other four aspects of supportingmeasures to further improve the Xing Long wheel performance appraisal system. By Xing Long WheelThis private manufacturing enterprises performance evaluation system research, we could providesome reference for some company.
