The advancement of traffic is the result of economic progress and social development, it is also the new engine which stimulating economic and social development. The development of high-speed railway has not only changed the traditional traffic patterns and people’s travel structure, but also played an important role in driving along the urban and regional economic development and spatial patterns’evolution. In our country, the high-speed rail has developed rapidly. Our rail have the world’s longest operating mileage, and we also have the largest range of rail under construction in just a few years. The High speed rail construction will accelerate the upgrading of urban industry and enhance the value of the surrounding land. The local government also hopes to build high-speed rail station which can help the transformation of the urban spatial patterns. Faced with the arrival of high-speed rail era, the influence of high-speed rail station’s construction and development has become a hot issue of social concern.Firstly, the paper believes that the development of high-speed rail station is the realization of the node value, place value and communication value through defining the concept of high speed rail station development. Then the paper summed up the path of how high speed rail station influence the value of the land. The high speed rail station development will influence the value of the land by the high speed rail station’s function of traffic hub, industry and population agglomeration and urban spatial structure optimization. Secondly, analysis high speed rail station’s effect on land value is influenced by three factors:the city’s own development, conditions of high-speed rail station, high-speed railway station of accessibility. Finally, the paper constructs an empirical model using the hedonic model, and Select15 cities 113 soil samples from Jing Hu and Wu Guang high-speed rail. The samples are divided into big cities and middle and small cities to analysis the influence of different cities in the station area development on land value. We conclude as follows, firstly, high speed rail station development will promote the value of the land mainly through realization of the node, space and communication value. Secondly, the city’s own development will influence the high speed railway station’s effect on land value. The big cities mainly influenced by the interaction of node value and place value and middle and small cities mainly influenced by node value. The station development in big city is better than the middle and small city. Thirdly, regional factors will affect the effect that high-speed rail station play on land value. Fourthly, the traffic accessibility will influence the effect high speed rail station play on land value. In a short time the influence in middle and small cities will more obviously and the station’s convergence with the urban rail transit will have a obvious effect on land value.
