Study On Technology Strategy Of LN

With the technical development in switch industry for many years, the domestic switch enterprises have got the similar competitive capability to the foreign switch manufacturers. However, the domestic switch enterprises still lack the continuous follow-up in technological field and stay on the level of product imitation of foreign manufacturers. Their technology development is always behind the oversea enterprise.Based on the meanings of technological strategy and the technology theory in acquisition, management and utilization, the relationship between technological strategy and competitive advantage and the importance of technology are analyzed. Some types of technological strategy and the status in quo of the study on the technological strategy are put forward.Based on the literature, the outside environment of LN on the sides of macroscopic environment, industry competitive power structure and the development trend of industry technological are analyzed. Then the inside environment of LN on the sides of technological capability, human resources, company management capability, marketing development capability and corporate culture is also analyzed. Based on the analysis of LN, SWOT analysis on the technological and a model for technological strategy selection are put forward. Then some reasonable measures of executing the technological strategy from the sides of the organizational structure, management system and human resources are suggested.
