Along with deepening of China's agricultural informatization, China has made a good start in the construction of agricultural informatization and e-commerce. At the same time, due to the lack of information means, and E-commerce model is not yet mature, agriculture and rural development also faces many new challenges, the most prominent of which is present in the circulation system of agricultural market information between farmers and the supply and demand contradictions and challenges. This paper analyzes the development status of China's agricultural commerce, to understand the characteristics and problems of development and to clarify the mode of agricultural commerce. Based on this study, further summarizes the third party e-commerce model of agriculture to enhance agricultural production before, during, and post the links of close contact, to achieve efficient and orderly operation and management of agricultural production.Chapter 1 is the introduction. This chapter accounts the background and research value of this article, followed, on the domestic and international research on the status of e-commerce Survey of Agriculture to determine the research paper ideas, research, and research methods.Chapter 2 is the e-commerce theory. This chapter analysis e-commerce, respectively, on the meaning of the role of e-business models and e-commerce and e-commerce prospects of the development of basic theory are introduced, the analysis of agricultural e-commerce model provide the theoretical basis.Chapter 3 is the significance of agriculture and the status of e-commerce. First, the analysis of the characteristics of agriculture, summarizes the basis of agriculture in the national economy status characteristics and in-depth analysis of the role of social and economic development; second, in-depth analysis of the specific status of implementation of agricultural e-commerce; and discussed the positive significance of agricultural E-commerce, e-commerce that the need for agriculture.Chapter 4 is the China's agricultural e-commerce problems. This chapter analysis that the process of agricultural e-commerce to carry out the main problems are:poor infrastructure of agricultural information; lack of development and utilization of agricultural information resources; weak agricultural e-commerce service system; uneven quality of agricultural e-commerce information; agricultural e-commerce management system to be improved.Chapter 5 is the China's agricultural e-commerce model. In the current situation of agricultural e-commerce based on the analysis of existing agricultural summarized the main types of e-commerce e models include:Information Alliance service model, farmer information service provider model, business information services and integrated service provider model pattern.Chapter 6 is the China's third party e-commerce model of agriculture. In conclusion, the basis of agricultural e-commerce model, combined with the actual development of China's agricultural commerce, and to analyze third party e-commerce model agricultural obtained the substance, and induction phase occurs mainly agricultural third party e-commerce model, including:Government Portal information service model, mediation model of agricultural and leading enterprise e-commerce models and further analysis of agricultural advantages of third-party e-commerce model, function and application.Chapter 7 is the case studies of agricultural third party e-commerce applications. Research on the (www.3nong.com) and "Shaji model" as an example of third party e-commerce of agricultural produce to carry out social effects and economic effects.Chapter 8 is the Conclusions and Outlook. According to research, and conclusions of this study summarizes the major innovation of the future put forward ideas for further research.
