With the rapid development of social economy and the coming of global competition era, the main challenge for companies nowadays and in the future becomes:How to maintain a healthy, continuable development. Merely relying on the mightiness of capital, advancement of technology, introduction of management talents or cheap labor force......are far from the long-term driving force of "a company's engine". In globalized economy nowadays, new resolutions shall be adopted to promote the continuable development and competing advantage. In recent years, as a human resource management researching for the promotion of enterprise's nuclear competence, a new topic--- psychological capital is more and more becoming the researching object of those managers and scholars. More and more enterprise managers realize that employees' psychological capital is an important source of an organization obtaining its competitive edge. To adapt this new situation and adopt the sustainable development in the new circumstance, building up nuclear advantage, China mobile Gansu Co. is certain to take employees' psychological capital on a vital important position.This Paper takes China mobile Gansu Co. for investigated subject, takes the attention and resolution of employees' psychological capital development in management circumstance as the main theme, to research the concept, the mode of development and the practice and application of psychological capital in China mobile Gansu Co.This Thesis sufficiently applied the latest theory achievements of home and abroad concerning psychological capital, and closely combined such facts as the organizational environment, the management circumstance and the occupational development status of the employees in China mobile Gansu Co. On the basis of the Company's psychological capital investigation and analysis to those employees' mental status, a psychological capital executive program applicable for China mobile Gansu Co. was designed accordingly, in which an integrated set of execution plans and modes concerning psychological capital development were brought forth.
