AD company main product is fabric labels for apparel, its content and the broken needle metal part is high risk for the healthy and will cause great cost lost since their huge quanity used for the clothes once they out of control. This study is focus on raw material purchasing and incoming controlling, product manufaturing process flow control and customer feedback system and problems happened, to find out the root cause and make a solution accordingly. At the same time, we provided some procedures to ensure the solution can be implemented, e.g. work flow, standardization, performance related, reporting and monitoring system.You know, the first point of 8 principles of ISO quality management system is FOCUS ON CUSTOMER.
