Research On The Regional Land Consolidation Of Yongdengon On Urban

Land management work is in full swing at present, but lack of reache in theoretical methods and systematic, which direct impact on the practice of land remediation.This paper basin on the participate study of land use planning of Yongdeng County, the country has just begun working as a service-oriented land remediation is an existing research base, but also to develop new practice-oriented research.In this paper, the research methods include the use of literature analysis, hierarchical analysis, field trips, land use analysis methods.This thesis is divided into two parts:The first part is theoretical methods, mainly on the theoretical methods of land remediation, land remediation and abroad sort of experience, summed up the potential of existing land evaluation methods remediation, and to explore urban and rural development potential of land remediation under the assessment method.The second part is empirical research to the construction of Lanzhou City, an important urban-rural integration demonstration district-Yongdeng County, the application potential of the land remediation evaluation index system to evaluate the potential of class division. Through exploration and research of Land Improvement and Yongdeng Relationship between urban and rural, urban and rural integration process to resolve the land shortage problem in the urban and rural areas provide a theoretical basis and practical research experience back to the theoretical method, and thus improve the theoretical methods.This paper features:(1) of the New Urban and Rural Areas of land under the basic principles of regulation and policy; (2) to explore and enrich the study of the theoretical methods of land remediation; (3) summarizes and analyzes the basic pattern of land consolidation; (4) systematically studied the trend of urban-rural integration of theory and practice of land remediation.
