With the rapid development of economy and society,the level of urban land intensive use has greatly improved on the whole in domestic,but the non-intensive use problems such as wasting land resource and using land unreasonably are still serious,which could not be ignored in many cities.Therefore,how to mining land use potential furtherly and ease the contradiction between urban land supply and demand are problems that need to be soved urgently.Based on the condition,this paper selected Guangzhou and Shenzhen that are the first-tier cities and located in Guangdong province as study areas to provide references for them in the future.This paper used the PSR model to construct evaluation index system of urban land intensive use,and then evaluated and studyed land intensive use in Guangzhou and Shenzhen from the perspective of index and criterion layer.In order to analyze obstacle factors further,this paper diagnose and analysis obstacle factors with Obstruction Factor Diagnosis.Finally,according to the research results,this paper put forward some countermeasures that correlated with urban land intensive use for them.Research conclusions of this paper are drawn:1.From the perspective of the urban land intensive use in Guangzhou:?1?The urban land intensive use level rose undulously overall from 2003 to 2013 year,and it changed from rough use,low intensive use,middle intensive use and middle-high intensive use.?2?The level of urban land intensive use in Response layer is lower than Pressure layer and State layer.?3?The first ranking obstacle factor is the environmental protection input of per kilometer(X18)in the top eight ranking from 2003 to 2013 year,which showed that it still needed to improve the ecological environment in Guangzhou.?4?The obstacle degree of Pressure layer,State layer and Response layer are difference,in overall,the degree of State layer is less than Pressure layer and Response layer.2.From the perspective of the urban land intensive use in Shenzhen:?1?The level of urban land intensive use rose slowly overall from 2003 to 2013 year,and it changed from low intensive use,middle intensive use and middle-high intensive use.?2?The level of urban land intensive use in State layer is lower than Response layer and Pressure level.?3?The first ranking obstacle factor are ratio of population to land growth elasticity?X5?and industrial solid waste treatment rate(X16)in the top eight ranking from 2003 to 2013 year,which showed that the urban development planning and environmental pollution need to be improved in Shenzhen.?4?The obstacle degree of Pressure layer,State layer and Response layer are different,in overall,the degree of the Pressure layer is less than Response layer and State layer.3.From the urban land intensive use comparative results:?1?The urban land intensive use level rose undulously overall from 2003 to 2013 year in Guangzhou and Shenzhen,but on the whole,the level of Shenzhen is higher than Guangzhou.?2?The level of urban land intensive use in Pressure and Response layer are higher than Guangzhou,overwhlie State layer lower than Guangzhou from 2003 to 2013 year.?3?The construction of urban ecological environment which still need to be improved is the commom problem between Guangzhou and Shenzhen.The difference problems are that it focused on the development planning coordination of urban economic,social and ecological which needed to improved in Shenzhen,while the input and output efficiency of urban land insufficient in Guangzhou.?4?Although in a certain period,the obstacles change of urban land intense use have the same in Pessure and Rsponse layer,but overall,the degree of Stress and Response layer in Guangzhou larger than Shenzhen,whileover the State layer.
