Based On Gravity Model Of Regions Of Jiangxi Province Undertaking Industrial Transfer Research

It is proved that industrial transfer could be incurred by regional economic development, consolidation and industrial restructuring inevitably. During the third worldwide industrial transfer, industries in coastal area of eastern China have been improved and developed by leaps and bounds. At present, the eastern coastal developed areas continue to undertake industrial transfer from developed countries; meanwhile, they gradually become the main region which transfers its industries to other regions. With the distinctive characteristics about location, industrial foundation and resources, Jiangxi province plays an important role in undertaking industrial transfer from the eastern coastal developed areas. Furthermore, Guiding Opinions of the State Council for Industrial Shift Undertaken by the Central and Western Regions provides a clear policy that point Jiangxi province to undertaking industrial transfer. Based on this background, undertaking industrial transfer is treated as a key factor by Jiangxi province to speed up the transformation of economic developing pattern which aims to be scientific and environment-friendly. Meanwhile, Jiangxi province has proposed a series of related implementing schemes. Hence, there is great significance to study and discuss this topic about undertaking industrial transfer for areas in Jiangxi province, and it also offers help for cities in Jiangxi to grasp this opportunity to make achievements.First, this paper generally introduces the background, objective and significance of selecting this topic and describes the frame of this writing. A brief review of earlier studies from home and abroad on industrial transfer is followed. Here, we utilize the gradient theory and relevant extended study on industrial transfer.Second, on the basis of describing the background and realistic foundation of industrial transfer undertaken by Jiangxi province, we elaborate its present situation and advantages from several aspects including location, resource, cost, industrial foundation and low economic gradient etc. Based on various factors taken into consideration by enterprise during undertaking, and refers to economic gradient evaluation system, we choose reasonably relative indices. After finished above steps, we further adopt the principal component analysis technique to calculate and check main factors. Later, by combining gravity model and the actual problem studied in this paper, we build a model with the appropriate indicator. Finally, by incorporating the results by using principal component analysis into the economic gradient gravity model, we then obtain gravity strength of undertaking industrial transfer for each region in Jiangxi province. Finally, we compare the outputs from the model with the actual situation of regional industrial transfer undertaking, and shed some lights on policies and measures on optimize the undertaking of industrial transfer.
